How old do you need to play?

Players need to be 14 years and above to play. All children under 18 must be always supervised by an adult.

How many people per lane?

You can have a maximum of 5 per lane.

Must I wear enclosed shoes to play?

Players must wear enclosed shoes to protect their feet when playing.

How much notice do I need to give to move my booking time?

We require 24 hours notice to move your booking without penalty.

Can I move my booking/cancel/refund?

We require 24 hours notice to move your booking into a credit or to a different date without penalty. All sales are final and we do not permit refunds for a change of mind. We may consider refund under special circumstances that require a manager to approve with evidence.

Can we drink alcohol?

Yes, you can! Our fully licensed bar offers alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment. Each player is allowed up to 2 alcoholic drinks while playing. We prioritise your safety, so please drink responsibly and follow all safety instructions from our staff. Our team reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears to be overly intoxicated or unable to safely handle the equipment.

Can we order or bring catering?

Absolutely! Make sure you check out our amazing external catering company. They are request basis and require 48 hours' notice, and a minimum spend of $150 to book. You can find their menu here.

Yes, we have 28 free onsite car parks. First in, best dressed.
